A request for investigation by the provincial Special Corruption Unit, Anti-Rackets Branch (which is mandated to investigate fraudulent schemes that result in significant financial losses to individuals, corporations, and governments) is to be sent to the Ontario Liberal Premier, Kathleen Wynne, urging her to order, without delay, an investigation into the major Ontario auto insurance companies and an investigation into the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO – an agency of the Ministry of Finance that regulates the Ontario insurance companies) for their possible involvement in fraud and conspiracy impacting 9-million Ontario drivers.
